Terms of service
These terms cover your purchase and use of the digital products sold on this site by Vow Docket (“we”, “us”). By buying, you agree to them.
What you’re buying
A one-off purchase of downloadable files — either the complete bundle (two PDF guides and one spreadsheet workbook) or one of those files on its own. You receive only the file or files you paid for. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing to cancel. Payment is a single charge of the price shown at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery is digital; nothing ships physically. After your payment clears, your download link is emailed automatically to the address you gave at checkout, usually within minutes. If the email doesn’t arrive, contact us from the address you paid with and we’ll send it again.
All sales are final
Because digital files can’t be returned once delivered, every sale is final: no refunds, exchanges, or credits once your payment clears. The single exception is a file that is damaged, won’t open, or never arrived — we replace it, or refund it if we can’t. Full detail is on the refunds page.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for planning your own event, and to print copies for yourself and the people helping you. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or repackage the files, bundle them into another product, or share the download link publicly. Wedding planners and other professionals who want to use these with clients need a separate licence — email us.
What this is not
These are planning templates and reference documents. They are not legal, tax, financial, or contractual advice, and we are not your planner, agent, or representative. The contract-review checklists highlight clauses worth reading — they do not replace a lawyer reviewing your vendor contracts. Cost figures are published national averages from third-party industry studies, not quotes or a prediction of what anything will cost you.
No affiliation
We are an independent publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any wedding publication, planning platform, venue, or vendor, including any brand whose published research we cite as a source.
Liability and changes
We provide the files as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to these products is limited to the amount you paid. We may update the product and these terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published on the day you bought.
Governing law
