Refunds — all sales final
All sales are final. These are digital files that can’t be returned, so we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once your payment clears — with one exception: if a file is damaged, won’t open, or never reached you, we fix it or refund it.
Look before you buy
The sales page shows real pages from the files, free, with no email needed. It lists exactly what’s in the bundle: two PDF guides and one spreadsheet workbook, and the file formats they arrive in. If anything isn’t clear, email info@vowdocket.com before you pay and we’ll answer.
The one exception
If a file is corrupted, won’t open in the software it’s meant for, or never arrived, email info@vowdocket.com from the address you paid with. Tell us which file and what happens when you open it and we’ll send a working copy. If we can’t get you a working copy, we refund that purchase in full.
What isn’t a refund case
A missing delivery email or an expired download link needs the link again. Use the recovery page or email us from the address you paid with. Changing your mind, buying by accident, buying twice by accident, no longer needing it, or deciding the material isn’t what you hoped for are not refundable, because you already have the files. Duplicate charges for the same order are a billing error; tell us and we’ll reverse the extra charge.
If we do issue a refund
It goes back to the card you paid with, through Square, and we issue it within one business day of agreeing to it. Square passes it to your bank the same day; your bank then usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here removes rights you have by law. Where consumer law in your country gives you a right to a remedy for a product that isn’t as described or doesn’t work, that right stands regardless of this policy — email us and we’ll honour it.
Chargebacks
If something’s wrong, email us first — we answer within one business day and it’s far quicker than a card dispute.
Governing law
These policies and your purchase are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Santa Clara County. Effective date: November 3, 2026. Vow Docket, 1974 Foxworthy Ave, San Jose, CA 95124, USA.
