Privacy policy
Short version: we collect your email so we can deliver what you bought, and we never sell it.
What we collect
Your email address, and your name if you give it — entered by you on Square’s checkout, when you email us, or when requesting the free sample. We also keep order records (what you bought, the amount, and whether it was delivered) and referral information to understand which advertising works. We do not collect your card number, billing address, or payment details; those go directly to our payment processor.
Why we hold it
To deliver your files and resend them when you ask, answer support email and process refunds, keep legally required sales and tax records, and — if you opted in for the free sample — email you about this product. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only services that make the purchase work: Square (payment processing), Resend (sending your delivery email), and our hosting and database providers. Each processes data only to provide that service. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Advertising
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to sales. When you view a product, click Buy, or complete a purchase, we may share product and event information, browser and ad identifiers, and hashed email information with Meta for measurement. Buying works the same if you limit cookies or ad preferences.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Sample-request emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights
Email info@vowdocket.com to get a copy of what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted. We’ll action it within 30 days. Deleting your order record also deletes your download link, so download your files first. Rights provided by local privacy law apply.
Governing law
These policies and your purchase are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Santa Clara County. Effective date: November 3, 2026. Vow Docket, 1974 Foxworthy Ave, San Jose, CA 95124, USA.
